Daniel P. Patriarca CPA

Dan graduated from the University of Dayton in 2007 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration with a double major in Accounting and Finance.  He worked in Chicago, IL for 3 years with HSBC in their Accelerated Management Training program before returning to the Lake County area in 2010. Since then he has been working in public accounting and obtained his license as a Certified Public Accountant in 2012.  Dan is very active in the community volunteering with many different charities and local business organizations and enjoys spending much of his free time coaching a variety of youth sports programs in the area.

John M. Patriarca RR, COO

John graduated from the University of Dayton in 2009 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accounting. As Chief Operating Officer of P3 Financial Group, John oversees all day to day activity and client services. Holding multiple securities and insurance licenses, John is able to facilitate clients long-term decision making to ensure financial success during retirement.  John enjoys spending time away from the office with his wife Brianna, and their daughter Lola James. 

John currently serves as the Fiscal Officer of Concord Township. He was elected to this position in November, 2023. 

Michael A. Patriarca CPA

Michael originally started in business in 1984. He has been helping small businesses succeed for the past 30 years and has extensive experience in complex issues affecting closely held businesses and individuals in a wide variety of industries.

Michael currently serves as the Fiscal Officer of Painesville Township, a position he has held since 1990.
